Acquire Deal

We acquire as many deals as possible using in-house cash, while also offering partnership opportunities to qualified investors, allowing them to capitalize on the investment with us. All properties are closed with licensed title companies with full title insurance policies.

Value-Add Rehab

Using our proprietary 3D renovation modeling, we identify value-add areas in a home, such as adding or expanding bathrooms and reconfiguring the kitchen for more usable space and storage.

Marketing & Sales

After a property is renovated, it needs to sell! Whether it’s a $100K or $900K home, we take pride in our projects, ensuring each one receives professional photos, virtual staging, renderings, and mass market distribution through our brokerage with worldwide reach.
