🏠 SOLD! This was our first in the `town` of Eatonville (basically Orlando) and was a pain in the ass from day one. Getting the trash out of there (both people and things) and rehabbing the house was the `easy` part!
1 squatter, 1 stop work order, 5 permits, I think 10 different town employees quit/hired from start to finish and 2 contracts later...finally sold and we added a ton of value to the community regardless of how difficult the town made things‼️
