I graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 2008—right in the middle of the Great Recession. While most people were pulling back, I made a decision: I was all in. Real estate wasn’t just going to be my career—it was going to be my edge.
In 2009, I moved to Orlando and hit the ground running. I jumped into a niche few others were even looking at—turn-key investment properties for foreign nationals, with a focus on the Asian markets of China, Singapore, and Hong Kong with a strong sales-focused investment property group. By 2013, that niche became global. We were selling income producing properties and Holiday Homes to investors throughout Europe and building a reputation on the international stage, including being featured at worldwide property expos.
